These volunteers help with dinner service during tech week including clean up. Catch a glimpse of the show! 

Backstage Monitor sits at the rear entrance of the PAC to ensure the door remains open for cast and crew during the show as well as keeping non-participants from entering the facility. Bring a lawn chair, a couple hours of downloaded shows and headphones! You may leave after the show has ended.

Each Monitor Volunteer Shift entitles you to 2 VIP tickets for ANY performance of Newsies!

Ticket Volunteers will arrive an hour before show time and set-up ticket table. They are responsible for checking in all guests for that nights show using the Ludus Box Office App. 1 volunteer will monitor the entrance after the show has begun to allow ticketed guests late entry and keep others out. At conclusion of show 1 volunteer will count money with a Board Member.

These volunteers will manage the concession booth before show and during intermission. They will also be responsible for clean-up.

Please bring 1 large bag of mini-sized candy bars to NPHS PAC on Wednesday November 6 between 4 & 6pm.

Please bring Skittles/Starburst large pack of mini-treats to NPHS PAC on Wednesday November 6 between 4 & 6pm. 

Please bring a minimum of 1 DOZEN brownies to NPHS PAC on Wednesday, November 6 between 4-6pm. All items should be wrapped.

Please Deliver 2 Capri Sun Juice Large Box to NPHS PCA on Wednesday November 6 between 4 & 6pm.

Please deliver 2 28-count packs of Skinny Pop Snack Bags (available at Cosco)  to NPHS PAC on Wednesday November 6 between 4&6 pm.

Please bring large pack (48 count available at Smart & Final) of FULL SIZED candy bars to the PAC on Wednesday, November 6 between 4&6 pm.

Please deliver 1 30-pack (available at Smart & Final) of M&M's Variety or Peanut M&M's to NPHS PAC on Friday, Oct 18 between 4&6 pm.
